Calling All Alumni

Many young professionals in the today’s technology-related workforce credit FIRST with introducing them to their careers. FIRST programs not only taught them technical skills, but also allowed them to work side by side with mentors, who passed along a glimpse of career choices and educational opportunities and opened a door for their futures. While working under the guidance of dedicated adults,  alumni learned the value of communication, time management, research, and hard work - while developing leadership, self-confidence, and the teamwork skills that make them valuable employees.

You can make a difference in the lives of students in your area - just like FIRST did for you. By signing up for the FIRST alumni program, you can learn more about volunteer opportunities while keeping in touch with other local alumns.

Alumni Mingles will be held at the FRC Regional Competitions in DC, Maryland and Virginia. All FIRST alumni are invited to attend. Sign up here to RSVP for any of these events.
